※ One payment = VND 25,000 = 1 ticket (fixed, regardless of result). Product price = VND 25,000 × tickets required — e.g. a 10-ticket product costs VND 250,000. The tickets required are disclosed on the room detail screen. There is no delivery fee as items are collected in store. Prices may vary by store and promotion.

- ✓Every prize is 100% authentic.
- ✓Every play grants one ticket regardless of the outcome, and the tickets each plush needs are shown in the app.
- ✓No cash or cash-equivalent rewards are offered — only real, physical products.
- ✓QR codes must be redeemed in store within their validity period after issuance.
- ✓The service runs 24/7. It requires an Internet-connected phone or tablet (Android 8.0+ / iOS 14+), or a WebGL-capable browser.
- ✓One account may be used on only one device at a time. The service is for users aged 18 or over.
