Payment Methods

This policy explains which payment methods you can use to top up points at LUXURY CRANE and how transactions are processed. It applies together with the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
1. Supported methods
· ZaloPay · MoMo · VietQR (bank transfer) · Bank transfer Methods are enabled progressively. Only those actually available right now appear as active on the top-up screen in the app.
2. Currency and amounts
All payments are made in Vietnamese Dong (VND). There are six top-up packages: · 100,000 ₫ · 200,000 ₫ · 500,000 ₫ · 1,000,000 ₫ · 2,000,000 ₫ · 5,000,000 ₫ The limit per transaction is 5,000,000 ₫. Points and bonus points for each package are shown on the top-up screen.
3. How prices and the total amount payable are determined
Prices on the platform are fixed and disclosed in advance; no element of chance affects the amount payable. · Conversion rate: 1 point = VND 1. Higher-value top-up packages grant bonus points as a volume discount, shown on the top-up screen. · Price per payment: 25,000 points (equivalent to VND 25,000). · Every payment grants exactly one ticket, regardless of the result shown on the interface. · The tickets required for each product are disclosed in advance on the room detail screen. Formula: Product price = price per payment × tickets required for that product Example: a product requiring 10 tickets → VND 25,000 × 10 = VND 250,000. The user knows the exact total payable before making the first transaction. Beyond that amount there are no further charges — no delivery fee (collection in store), no service fee and no account maintenance fee. Prices may vary by store and promotion; any change is disclosed before it takes effect.
4. When points are credited
Points are credited automatically when we receive a payment confirmation from the payment provider. · Returning to the app after paying is not by itself proof of payment — an approval or a confirmed incoming transfer is required. · Crediting usually takes a few seconds and may be delayed by the provider. · If the amount paid does not match the order amount, crediting is held and resolved after review.
5. Nature of points
Points are a prepaid means of buying and exchanging goods within the service. · They cannot be converted to cash. · They cannot be transferred or sold to another person. · Refunds follow the criteria set out in the Refund Policy.
6. Payment data protection
We do not store your payment credentials such as card or bank account numbers. Payments are processed by intermediary payment providers licensed in Vietnam on their own systems, and all traffic is encrypted. We retain only transaction records: timestamp, amount, method type, and points credited.
7. Tax and invoices
Displayed prices include value added tax (VAT 8%). If you need an electronic invoice, send us your business details within 30 days of payment and we will issue one.
8. Payment issues and contact
